Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Service Description

We provide hosted OpenClaw AI assistant instances on a best-effort basis. This is a hobby project with no guaranteed uptime or SLA. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to infrastructure issues.

2. Free Trial

Each user receives a 30-day free trial. One instance per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Spam, phishing, or social engineering
• Hacking, port scanning, or attacks on third parties
• Distribution of illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Circumventing resource limits
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

4. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your instance without prior notice if you violate these terms. You are solely responsible for your use of the service.

5. Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from the use of this service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure. We do not access your instance data unless required for maintenance or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
